TAYLOR-MADE GAMES

How we create tailor-made experiences
Budget-Wise Solutions
We can design classic games using just pen and paper, or develop more complex formats that require, for example, a custom-built app—always with your budget in mind.
Location-Wise Solutions
We create games for both indoor and outdoor environments, and we can also deliver them internationally. (For example, we've successfully produced custom games in Croatia and Norway.)
Time-Wise
Solutions
We can create a single-use game experience or a long-term activation that runs over several days—or even without a time limit.

How We Create a Custom-Made Game
1.
Date
-
We’ll first confirm the date your game should take place—planning will look different if the event is in two weeks versus three or six months from now.
2.
Proposal
-
We’ll discuss the approximate budget, which will help us determine whether the game will follow a classic format or incorporate modern technologies.
3.
Expectation
-
We’ll clarify your goals—do you want players to primarily have fun, or should the game also be educational and focused on a specific topic?
* Need a custom game fast?
Our existing treasure hunts can be easily adapted—we can add tasks related to your company or the event location.
CASE STUDIES
Learning Through Play: How to Get the Attention of Generations Y and Z
For the department of logistics of ŠKODA AUTO, we developed a custom three-hour game aimed at engaging students of logistics and delivering information about the roles of various sub-departments in a fun and interactive way. The game, built around a fictional story, was designed so that all players could participate actively and learn through playing. According to a follow-up survey, the game was very well received by both the students and their teachers.

Nikola Tesla Energy Quest in Šibenik, Croatia
In the historic city of Šibenik, Croatia, the best national teams from ŠKODA Auto dealerships around the world gathered to compete for the company’s annual award. Our game was the final and most informal part of this competition. Its goal was to test team spirit in an unfamiliar environment while showcasing the beauty of the old city of Šibenik. The game was played by 240 participants in 30 teams. They were equipped with a special game map and a backpack full of mysterious gear and sealed envelopes. In the epic finale, the teams faced the spirit of Nikola Tesla in a fortress on a hill overlooking the old town and the bay.

Teambuilding for Louis Vuitton South America
Thanks to our local office in São Paulo, Brazil, we had the opportunity to create a custom portable escape game for a teambuilding event with 50 representatives from Louis Vuitton South America. The goal was to design a tailor-made game that would motivate employees to boost sales while also presenting the brand’s most iconic products and company values. The game was built to be flexible and could be played both indoors and outdoors within the hotel where the event took place.

Corporate Training Inspired by the Movie “Inception” at Liblice Castle
To support the launch of a new car model, we created a unique escape game for Škoda Auto as part of an international training for 119 salespeople from 45 countries. We transformed the castle’s hotel rooms into escape rooms and added custom game elements. Some of these looked like regular items — a radio, a painting, a hairdryer, or even sweets that players had to eat to uncover the next clue. Other props were designed to reflect the new product or Škoda’s branding. Players were divided into teams and played at the same time in separate rooms, creating a fun and immersive shared experience.

Custom Medieval-Themed Game
For the Czech Business and Innovation Agency, we designed a custom outdoor game with a medieval theme for 80 players, based on their specific request.

Treasure Hunt in Bergen, Norway
This custom-made geolocation treasure hunt was created for an international group of 140 employees from 24 countries. The goal was to promote e-mobility while offering an interactive sightseeing experience in the city of Bergen. Each game stop represented an electric charging station, and by successfully completing tasks, teams “recharged” their fictional electric cars.
